Characteristics
Flatness
ALUCO panels are superior in sheet flatness and surface smoothness because
they are manufactured with very elaborate leveling procedures and good adhesive
agents.
Workability
ALUCO panels are able to express "line feeling" as cutting, bending,
curving and other procedures are easily accomplished with ordinary working
machines.
Thermal Insulation
ALUCO is good for thermal insulation as it is composed of a low thermal-conductivity
polyethylene sandwiched between two sheets of aluminum.
Lightweight yet Rigid
A light and rigid material with specific gravity of 1.1-1.5 reducing weight
by 40% and 70% respectively compared to solid aluminum sheets and stainless
steel sheets with equivalent rigidity.
Good Durability, Weather Resistance and Color Retention
Reliable surface treatment and high-temperature roll coating method based
on KYNAR 500 assure superior weatherability, ultraviolet resistance and color
retention, unaffected by temperature change and severe environment.
Corrosion Resistance
A 3105 used as aluminum material for ALUCO forms ALv(2)Ov(3)in case of corrosion.
Consequently, it offers excellent anti-corrosion against any polluted environment.
Good Acoustic Insulation and Vibration Damping
Compared with the other materials such as steel, aluminum etc, ALUCO has
good acoustic insulation and vibration damping as its core is composed of
a low density viscoelastic and high molecular polyethylenes resin sandwiched
between two sheets of aluminum.
Fire Resistance Products
With fire resistance core, ALUCO can meet new building law and save human
lives from toxic gas.
