What is NuMetal™
NuMetal™ is a collection of high pressure metal laminates with a thin
metallic top layer and phenolic paper backer that is pressed under heat and
pressure to create a 4' x 8' sheet of high pressure laminate. NuMetal™
is available in Aluminum, Brass, Copper and Stainless Steel finishes and features
many embossed surface textures to give the designer a full pallet of design
solutions.

Specifications
All NuMetal™ programs are 4'x 8' sheets of various metals laminated
under high pressure to phenolic paper backing.
NuMetal™ Uses.
All NuMetals are suitable for interior use where decorative high pressure
laminates or metal laminates are desired. Store fixtures, occasionaltables,trim,
kiosk, displays, signage and more, are typical NuMetal™ finishes.
Polished aluminum surfaces are anodized. Brushed aluminum surfaces are lacquered.
All copper is lacquered.
Thickness
All laminates are .035" with the exception of Dekorial Patina and Unique
Art, which are .050". Stainless Steel has a slight seam 24".
Fabricating
NuMetal™ is fabricated with the same tools used on any high pressure
decorative laminate (special instructions are needed for fabricating stainless
steel, please inquire). NuMetal™ products bond to various substrates
the same as other high pressure laminates.
